Ali started his career in the NHS in June 2016. Since then he has worked all over England and Wales (Derby, Cardiff, Pembrokeshire, Yeovil, Isle of White, Southampton, Basingstoke). Currently he is a T&O Registrar in the Wessex Deanery.

He was brought up in Madrid, Spain where he studied for his GCSE’s and A Levels in the King’s College of Madrid. He completed his University Degree in the same city.

Ali has ample experience in research and has several publications under his name as well as being involved in multiple audits. He also has gained teaching experience as a tutor in several surgical courses around the UK.

Outside of medicine Ali is a passionate rugby player, he enjoys fishing and the outdoors.
